Abandonment
The fear that people you love will leave, suddenly or slowly, and there's nothing you can do about it.
Heal Your Childhood Wounds
Childhood wounds don't disappear when you grow up. They go underground — and run everything from there.
A root-level wound healing programme that goes after the architecture beneath the story. Not endless retelling. Not reframing. Clearing.
You've done the work
Maybe you've been in therapy. Maybe you've read the books, tried the breathwork, done the journaling. You understand your patterns. You can trace them back. You've had the insights.
And yet.
The same dynamics keep showing up in your relationships. The same inner critic. The same inexplicable fear of being abandoned, rejected, or not enough. The same freeze when you need to ask for what you want.
Most healing approaches work with what you can see — the beliefs, the behaviours, the stories you tell about yourself. That's the visible architecture of your emotional world. And understanding it matters.
But underneath all of that is something older. Something that formed before you could explain it, before you had the language for it, before you even knew what was happening.
That's the wound. And that's what this programme goes after.
What it is
A childhood wound isn't just a bad memory.
It's a multi-layered emotional imprint — an identity decision your system made when you were young and didn't know any better. Decisions like:
I'm not safe.
I'm not wanted.
I have to earn love.
The world isn't fair and there's nothing I can do about it.
If I'm too much, people leave.
These aren't thoughts you chose. They're conclusions your nervous system drew — and then quietly built your entire emotional operating system around.
That operating system is still running now. It shapes how you respond in relationships, how you handle conflict, what you reach for when you're overwhelmed, how safe it feels to be seen, how much you trust yourself — and other people.
Most people never connect the dots between how they feel today and what formed them three, four, five decades ago.
This programme connects the dots. And then it clears them.
The 10 wounds
Through over 10 years of working with clients on emotional healing, I've identified ten universal childhood wounds. Most people carry several of them — often without realising it.
The fear that people you love will leave, suddenly or slowly, and there's nothing you can do about it.
The wounds that form not from what was done to you, but from what was never given.
The deep sense that there's something about you that makes you unacceptable to others.
Not just trusting others, but trusting yourself. When trust was broken early, it tends to break inward too.
What happens when the people who were supposed to be safe weren't. And the way it makes it hard to trust anyone again.
The emotional architecture of not-enough: not enough love, attention, safety, resources, stability.
Grief that was never given space. The weight of what was taken, ended, or never arrived.
The imprint of being shamed, mocked, or made to feel small. Often the quietest wound, and one of the most powerful.
Carrying responsibility for things that were never yours to carry.
The charge that builds when things were consistently unfair, and you either raged against it or shut yourself down.
You don't need to know exactly which wounds apply to you before you start. That's part of what this programme helps you discover.
The mechanism
Here's the thing about childhood wounds: they don't respond well to talking.
That's not a criticism of therapy. Therapy is genuinely valuable for exploring the architecture of your emotional life — making sense of your story, understanding your patterns, building language for your experience.
But wounds aren't stored in language. They're stored deeper than that — in the nervous system, in the body, in layers of emotional charge that formed before you had words.
Which is why you can understand your patterns completely and still react from them.
Which is why years of insight can coexist with the same old triggers.
Which is why knowing where something came from doesn't always make it stop.
Not by endlessly retelling it. Not by reliving the pain. But by targeting the emotional imprint at the level where it actually lives.
This is root-level work.
What's inside
Deep audio healing sessions — one for each of the core childhood wounds. Each activation is designed to move through the layers of the wound systematically, clearing the emotional charge at the root.
These aren't meditations. They're not affirmations. They're structured clearing sessions that work with the polarity of each wound — the love and the hate, the want and the dread — until the charge drains and the pattern loses its grip.
Each wound carries associated themes, secondary patterns, and collateral damage. Around 10 supporting healings per wound ensure that as you clear the root, the surrounding architecture gets attention too.
This is over two years' worth of deep healing material — if you work through one session a week.
Resources to help you to explore each wound as you work through it. Mini video masterclasses for every wound, Wound Information PDFs, and a Wound Healing Journal to help you to explore how each wound shows up in your life.
You're not doing this alone. When you join the programme, you get access to a community of people doing the same work — supported by Head Trash professionals. Somewhere to share what's shifting, ask questions, and be witnessed by people who understand the language.
What becomes possible
Relationships get easier. Not because the people in your life change, but because your nervous system stops reading ordinary situations as threats. The hypervigilance softens. The people-pleasing loses its grip. You stop abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable.
The patterns that felt like personality start to feel like old furniture. Heavy. Out of place. Something you can finally put down.
The emotional charge that used to attach itself to certain situations — rejection, criticism, conflict, being left — starts to reduce. Things that used to send you spiralling become manageable. Then boring. Then gone.
And the identity decisions — the I'm not enough, the I'm too much, the people always leave — start to quiet down. Not because you've replaced them with positive thoughts. But because the emotional charge that was holding them in place has been cleared.
This is structural change. Not a new story about yourself. A different nervous-system baseline.
Is this for you?
You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to have had a traumatic childhood. Childhood wounds don't require dramatic origin stories. They form in ordinary families, in small daily moments, in things that were absent as much as things that happened.
If you're human, you have some version of these.
The investment
10 wound healing activations, 111 supporting healings, video masterclasses, journal, Wound Information PDFs, and access to a healing community — for life.
What's included
This is not therapy. Results vary based on individual engagement and context. For clinical support, please consult a qualified professional.
FAQ
No. Childhood wounds form in ordinary families and everyday moments — often through what was missing rather than what happened. If you're human, you carry some version of these patterns.
The Absolute Healing Process is designed to work with the emotional imprint beneath the story — not by repeatedly retelling it. You don't need to excavate or re-experience the past in order to clear it.
As part of the process, memories may surface and these may bring emotion up. This is part of the releasing process. Most people report feeling much calmer and lighter once this purge has taken place.
The programme contains over two years' worth of material if you work through one session per week. Some people work at a faster pace and notice shifts quickly. Others work more gradually.
You could choose to work on one wound per month and give yourself the chance to explore the wound deeply. Or you might want to work on one wound per week. There's no right pace. You get to choose.
No. Head Trash is not therapy and is not a replacement for clinical mental health support. It's a structured self-led healing process. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional support.
No. The programme is designed to be accessible whether you're completely new to this work or have been doing it for years.
You can — but most people find it more effective to focus on one programme at a time. If you're considering combining this with the Anxiety Healing System or Glass Child programme, ask in the fit conversation and we'll work out the best sequence for you.
This programme covers the 10 core childhood wounds. Birth and Pregnancy wounds aren't part of it — they're available as separate Wound Healing Activation kits at £45 each.
Yes. If you bought a single Wound Healing Activation kit and decide to move up to the full programme, we'll refund the price of your kit. So nothing's wasted.
Stop circling. Go straight to the root.
You've understood your patterns. You've named the dynamics. Now clear what's underneath them — at the level where they actually live.
